Coronavirus update
We are key suppliers to industry (including the medical and food sectors), large and small businesses, individuals and households and many government agencies, and so we are absolutely committed to remaining fully operational throughout the crisis. We are able to process all orders and enquiries as normal, but we will continue to prioritise orders for the NHS and similar key organisations whenever necessary.

Stock levels are high, with no current problems.
Accounts:Good
Good service, with no current problems. Some international customers may need additional contact to help fulfill new HM Customs requirements.
Measures we are taking to protect Customers and Staff
The safety of our staff and customers is of paramount importance to us. Among other measures, we continue to take the following precautions to help reduce risk to all our employees and customers:
- All staff are being given continual guidance and the latest information from our management team
- We have restricted contact and movement of staff across our factories and offices
- Support staff are working remotely wherever possible
- We follow government guidelines on hygiene and hand-washing
- Hand-sanitising facilities and PPE are readily available for all our employees
- We have stopped all unnecessary visits to our site
- We have prepared emergency responses and strategies to cope with further escalations to the current situation
