Does this 20" layflat tubing protect against static shocks?

This antistatic layflat tubing prevents the build-up of static on its surface but does NOT protect contents from the introduction of an electric shock - or electrostatic discharge (ESD) - from another source.

For this level of protection, we recommend our range of static shielding bags instead.
