Medium ESD grip seal bag - product features
- Resealable static-shield grip seal bag.
- Protects sensitive electronic components from potential damage by static electricity outside an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA).
- Exceeds ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625 industry standards. ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliant.
- 3 layers: polythene inner layer, conductive metallised polyester middle layer, antistatic abrasion-resistant outer layer.
- Bag creates a 'Faraday cage' that carries any static electricity around the bag (rather than through it) to bag contents.
- Allows expensive components (e.g. printed circuit boards, mother boards) to be protected in transit or storage.
- Bag features pre-printed ESD notice.
- Semi-transparent bag allowing the easy identification of contents.
- Surface resistance (ohms/square): 10^8 - 10^11.
