Product features - medium ESD grip seal bag
- Static-shield resealable grip seal bag.
- Protects electronic components from potential damage by static electricity outside an Electrostatic Protected Area (EPA).
- Exceeds industry standards ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625. Also ANSI/ESD S20.20 compliant.
- Triple-layered bag: polythene inner; conductive metallised polyester; abrasion-resistant, antistatic external lacquer.
- Bag contents protected by a 'Faraday cage' that carries electricity generated by an ESD around the metal bag, rather than through it.
- Protects expensive components (e.g. printed circuit boards, mother boards) in transit or storage.
- Bag features printed 'Electrostatic Sensitive Device' notice.
- Easily identify bag contents thanks to semi-transparent polythene.
- Surface resistance (ohms/square): 10^8 to 10^11.
