Product features - small ESD grip seal bag

• Grip seal resealable static-shielding bag.
• Protects sensitive electronic components from an ESD (electrostatic discharge) outside of an EPA (Electrostatic Protected Area).
• Comprehensively tested to exceed ANSI/ESD S541, EIA 625 industry standards and to be ANSI/ESD S20.20 programme compliant.
• Comprised of an internal polyethylene layer and an external antistatic abrasion-resistant lacquer, with a conductive metallised polyester layer in between.
• Bag creates a 'Faraday cage' around its contents, carrying any potential electrical charge around the metal bag rather than through it.
• Provides protection for expensive electronic components such as printed circuit boards (PCBs) in transit or storage.
• Printed warning: 'Electrostatic Sensitive Device'.
• Semi-transparent polythene so contents can be identified easily.
• Bag surface resistance of 10^8 - 10^11 ohms/square.
