Replacement cutting blade and holder unit for Heavy Duty Heat Sealers. Suitable for all sealers in our heavy duty range (HSHD32, HSHD42 & HSHD62). Double-sided blade cuts and trims excess film from either direction.

How to replace the cutting tool (HSHDCUT)
For diagrams (fig 1-3) to support the following instructions, please see 3rd image, above.
- Remove front cap in front of sealing bar as it opens (see figure 1A)
- Loosen screws that hold handle and remove (fig 1B)
- Detach screws that fasten sealing head (fig 2A)
- Remove spreader from aluminium profiles (fig 2B)
- Pull out old knife assembly and replace (fig 3A)
- Reinstall sealing head by performing steps 1-5 in reverse order
Note: Always replace the front cap - the sealing machine will not operate without it.
